Dimensions is the award-winning show choir from Austin Middle and High School from Austin, Indiana. Dimensions is a very active ensemble that performs regularly at high school concerts and special events, show choir competitions, and various community functions in the area.
Dimensions consists of 30 singer-dancers, a backup band of 4, and a 8-person stage crew. In addition to leading busy performance lives, the choir’s membership is very active in a variety of other extra-curricular activities at Austin Middle and High School, including the National Honor Society, Sunshine, Son's of Liberty, various academic teams and foreign language clubs, student council, and other vocal and instrumental ensembles. A number of students are also cheerleaders or play high school soccer, golf, tennis or participate on the track and cross country teams. Many of our students are TV Hosts on the AHS Telecom Show.
In addition to competing at competitions across the Midwest, Dimensions annually hosts the Show Choir Extravaganza at Austin High School for area competitive show choir groups.
